Training and Development Coordinator
Organizes training programs for mediators and arbitrators, supporting skill development.
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Manages public relations, promotes the institute, and handles media inquiries.
IT and Systems Manager
Manages the institute’s technology infrastructure, software for case management, and online systems.
Administrative Assistant
Provides clerical support, schedules meetings, and assists in day-to-day administration.
Marketing and Communications Officer
Develops marketing strategies to promote the institute’s services and builds awareness.
