1. I want to settle my case outside of courts but I am not sure how to begin with?

2. How long would it take to resolve my case?
It would Usually take, a month or up to three months of time.
3. How much would I have to pay?
PIAM is a non-governmental organization which aims to resolve disputes between the parties as a non-profitable organization. The charges would only be to meet the expenses of the services being provided by PIAM. The charges vary from case to instance; a number of factors would be taken into account before setting a final pricing. It mostly relies on the professional services being offered by the institute and taken by the client or parties to the case.
4. Who will be my expert arbitrator, mediator or conciliator?
He/she would be an independent expert assigned by the institute after assessing all the facts of the case and the relevant expertise required for resolution of the said dispute.
5. What should I bring to the initial meeting or consultation?
The claim, supporting documents which are essential part of the case. precise documents or paperwork required can vary based on the particular claim or lawsuit that they have.
6. What types of cases does PIAM handle?
All sorts of family, Civil, corporate, tax, contractual negotiations, inheritance and agreement violations.
7. How much experience do you have?

8. I do not agree with the award given by the expert. What can I do about it ?
If you disagree with the award submitted by PIAM for a legitimate cause, you can take it to court and ask the judge to re-hear the case or assign it to a different arbitrator, mediator, or conciliator.
